The easiest way to tell if it’s on is to go look at something it changes… if it’s a texture mod, go find where that texture is and see if it’s new/changed from how you remember it.
On the new computer, install Vortex (download the latest version from Nexus Mods).Grab your archives from the downloaded mods.Go to Settings > Downloads > click the hyperlink to open your Vortex downloads folder.
